Lindzy Byamugisha is the Soft Skilling Lead at Boundless Minds. The department she leads is in charge of the training, programs and mentorship. Their focus is on 21 Communication, Creativity, Problem-solving and Critical thinking. st Century skills . She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Makerere University Business School. 

Lindzy is also the author of Out of Sight, a book about her experience in primary boarding school and her views on the Ugandan education and cultural system. Lindzy is an avid reader, and enjoys taking walks and listening to music. She is a professional trainer, storyteller and writer
